Here’s how it works
Each coaching session lasts 75 minutes.
You’ll transfer the donation directly to your preferred organization—whether it’s one of our suggested destinations or another of your choosing.
In return, you’ll receive a coaching session
A session with a coach from Hoi An Coaching Collective delivers everything a powerful coaching engagement should—expertly crafted, deeply rooted, and fully committed—yet with the heart of giving back.
Our coaches don’t receive payment—they donate their hours to local disaster-relief funds. However, once the session starts, it isn’t about charity—it’s about you, your growth, and genuine transformation.
Your coaching session is not a discovery or introductory session. It’s a full‑scope experience: focused on your goals, conscious of your challenges, and built around action—so you leave with more clarity and a practical direction.
Meet our coaches
Coaches at Hoi An Coaching Collective bring deep transformation through every session.
They’ve guided professionals toward meaningful careers, helped freedom‑seekers launch independent works, and supported young Vietnamese in healing and reconnecting with family.
Kim Trinh
Coach Kim transforms burnout corporate workers into purposeful career builders whose independent work enable them to make happy money doing what they love, and savor a freedom lifestyle they’ve always fantasized.
Transitioning to a freedom career from scratch is no easy feat. There are so many new things you have never known before, so having a coach to be with you is essential and makes you feel secure about yourself. And I’m glad I did that, with chi Kim support!
Working with her through my career transition was one of the best decisions (and investment) I’ve made in myself.
Chi Kim helped me see my purpose compass, while I went from doubts, limiting beliefs about myself, not knowing what I can do best, to clearer about my values and purpose, which added a lot more meaning to my career transition journey.
Her coaching approach, empathy, and strategic guidance on the coaching program have helped me reconnect with my confidence and take bold steps towards my dream career, which is to work remotely and earn happy money! And guess what? I did it!

Hien Le
Coach Hien helps young Vietnamese heal generational wounds and cultivate a deep connection to their families. She also guides first-born daughters on balancing their familial responsibilities and their holistic well-being.
Coaching with Hien was one of the wisest decisions I have ever made. But to be honest, I did have doubts before about whether I should invest in coaching, something that is not very “tangible” in results. However, after the mini-coaching program, I was convinced by its impacts in such a short time, and decided to continue my coaching journey with Hien.
She gives me the feeling of trust, safety and empathy. I believed that her coaching could help me fast-track my growth.

Diwa Tharan
Coach Diwa supports high-achieving, performance-driven women who are successful on paper yet feel stuck or unfulfilled find more purpose, authenticity and joy in their careers and lives.
Diwa has truly been instrumental in my journey towards acceptance and healing. From the very beginning of our sessions, she created a safe space where I felt comfortable sharing my experiences. The mere act of expressing what I was going through provided a significant therapeutic effect.
Diwa’s approach is characterised by non-judgmental guidance and a fair perspective. She skilfully leads you to explore and process your thoughts from a broader viewpoint. Our sessions involved various exercises that allowed me to reflect and navigate through my emotions.
With Diwa’s assistance, I experienced self-realisation and engaged in inner work, enabling me to move forward with heightened self-awareness. Her support has been invaluable in my ongoing journey.

The foundation has provided over VND 1.75 billion (≈ US$70,000) in clean water systems to remote schools in Quang Nam, benefiting more than 10,000 people. It has also rebuilt homes for landslide-affected families, for example donating VND 320 million to relocate 32 households in Tay Giang.
02.

Its work includes sterilisation and vaccination programs, rescue and sanctuary services, veterinary care, and promoting vegan and animal-rights awareness in Vietnam.
The sanctuary currently houses 30–35 animals onsite, including dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks, and has rescued over 100 animals since its founding.
